 <아침 : 든든~한 고구마 죽>


 


1. 삶은 고구마 2개를 껍질째 믹서에 넣고 우유를 부어 간다.


2. 걸쭉하게 나온 삶은 고구마즙에 기름 없이 볶은 양파를 넣고 끓이면 되는데...

찬밥을 누룽지처럼 만들어서 물을 붓고 끓이다가 삶은 고구마를 잘게 잘라서 푸욱 끓여주면 끝!

- 고혈압에 고구마가 좋다??


우리나라 사람의 경우는 과다한 염분섭취가 고혈압의 원인이 되는 경우가 많은데요,


 


고구마에 풍부한 칼륨은 우리 몸속의 염분 배출을 도와주고


이외에도 칼슘이나 마그네슘, 식이섬유가 많아 고혈압 예방에 좋은 식품이라고 합니다.




<김영수씨의 고혈압에 도움이 된 고구마묵>


 


1. 고구마를 깨끗이 씻어서 껍질을 벗긴 후 깍둑썰기로 썰어준다.


2. 고구마와 물을 조금 넣고 믹서에 곱게 간 다음


 


물을 넣어가며 체에 내려서 3~4시간 정도 두면, 밑에 하얀 고구마전분만 가라앉는다.


3. 위쪽의 고구마물은 따라 버리고 전분만 냄비에 넣어


 


눌어붙지 않도록 저어가면서 10분~ 15분 정도 끓이다가 투명해지면


그릇에 붓고 반나절 정도 식힌다.




- 변비에 고구마가 좋다??


 


변을 볼때마다 피가 날 정도로 고생하던 채령이(2살)는


할아버지를 따라 고구마를 먹고 변비 탈출에 성공했답니다!

2. 소금을 바른 고구마를 신문지에 싼 다음 물을 축여서 전자레인지에 넣고 10분간


돌려주면 끝

1. 김치는 잘게 다져서 국물을 꼭 짠 뒤 버터에 볶는다.


삶은 고구마를 으깨서 둥글게 빚어주고, 속고물로 버터에 볶아둔 김치를 넣는다.


 


2. 고명으로 얹을 김치쨈 만들기!


버터를 녹인 후 다진 김치와 설탕을 넣고 10분정도 졸이면 매콤달콤 맛있는 김치쨈

군대...

오늘 youtube에서 김광석의 이등병의 편지를 들었다.
영상은 1994년도에 방송국에서 국군위문을 간 것 처럼 보였다.
1994년... 내가 군생활하기 정확하게 10년전이다.
2004년 1월에 군대에 입대해 2006년 1월에 전역했다.
노래를 들으니 새삼 군생활에 대해 회상하게 되었다.

우리 나라는 분단 국가이다.
대한 민국의 국민으로 태어나서 국방의  의무를 다하는 것은 당연히 지켜야할 나의 의무라고 생각한다.
물론 내가 국방의 의무를 마치고 나서 이 글을 적기 때문에...
‘니가 군대를 갔다왔으니까 할 수 있는  쉬운 말이지!‘라 생각 될 것을 안다.
하지만 지금의 내가 당당하게 할 수 있는 말은 “그 2년 이란 시간이, 나에게 헛된 의미없는 시간이 아니였다.“라는 것이다. 또한 지금도 국가가 나를 부른다면 달려갈 자신감이 있다.

이런 국방의 의무는 줄곳 사회적 이슈가 되곤한다.
가장 빈번한 이슈는 병역비리가 아닌가 싶다.
군대를 갔다온 입장에서 혹은 군대를 가야하는 입장에서 병역비리를 저지를 사람들은 보면,
쌍욕부터 나오는게 사실이다.
하지만 병역비리를 보는 나의 시선은 조금 다르다.
오히려 병역비리를 저지른 사람이 불쌍하게 느껴진다.
“부모님과 떨어져 사는것이 그렇게 무서운 것인가?”,“다른 사람들과 어울리는 것이 그렇게 자신없나?”
그들은 오히려 자신들이 승자라고 착각하며 살아갈지 몰라도, 나는 그들에게 연민과 측은함을 느낀다.
2년동안 그들이 이룰수 있는 그 어떤 업적보다도 값어치 있는 것을 배워올 수 있는 좋은 기회를 놓친 불쌍한 청춘들...

아무리 기다려도 난.. 못가...

피아노 연주

언제인지 정확히 기억나진 않지만, 피아노를 연주하고 싶어졌다.

몇 년을 그렇게 작은 소망으로 간직하다가...

그냥확 질렀다.

피아노를 사기엔 가진 돈이 없기에... 대신할 수 있는 마스터 키보드를 구입했다.

ESI KeyControl49+ 요녀석으로 열심히 연습해서 피아노 연주 실력을 쌓아야겠다.

정말 아무런 준비없이 질렀다. 그래서 그런지 어떤 식으로 연습을 해야할지 조금 막막한게 사실이다.

피아노와 다르게 마스터 키보드는 설정해줘야 하는 것들도 많고.. 휴..

하지만 멋지게 연습해서 훌륭하게 연주해 볼랍니다!!
